Product options are used to define product variants. This means that any product can have variants/multiple choices in terms of their size, colors, design  or types/formats. You can add options groups to your merchandise.

For your own existing merchandise with product options, you need to set up the "Product Options."  Follow the guide below on how to do the setup.

If you have no product options OR if your products are sourced from Merch Xpress, skip this step and proceed to STEP 2.

*For Merch Xpress products, the product options will automatically be set up in the system.

The platform allows for both pickup and delivery/shipment.

FOR DELIVERY/SHIPPING: Should your buyer prefer to have the merch delivered/shipped for various reasons (e.g. wanted to wear the shirt during the concert [OOTD]; don't want to be bringing merch items on the day of the event; bought merch to give as a gift to a loved one, etc.), he/she may order the product and select "Ship my order" during checkout. 

FOR PICK UP: You need to have this option enabled so buyers can pick up the item at the venue on the day of the event. The main advantage of buyers pre-purchasing merch online would be convenience for both you and the buyers. Buyers are also guaranteed of their purchase and would not line up for hours at the merch booth (during major concerts) only to find out their coveted merch is already sold out!

You need to set up the Pick up Address on your shop before adding/uploading your products.

You need to categorize your merchandise on your shop via Shop Collections.  These collections are designed to help customers easily find and browse merch items that are related. Your collection should include all merchandise related to a specific event/show OR product type or category in the case of company merch or general merchandise.
